So I bought 2 phones and when I say it was like it was brand new yea I wish it had came with the original s20 ultra box but no big deal I looked for any signs of wear and tear and I didn't see nothing but 1 imperfection it has a scratch on the screen but u can't see it until ur in the light me and my wife are definitely happy with the purchase the only reason I can't give 5 stars is bcuz of the scratch on the screen but they did say there would b light things wrong with the phone

The three phones were sent with only two chargers and there were supposed to be three so I contacted the seller and the issue was addressed immediately.
